Eli Turns 3!!!

Okay, I realize that I am sorely behind on blogging, but oh well!

I can't believe my Eli turned 3!! He has gotten so big and he is ALL boy. Since his birthday is July 2, we knew we wanted to have a party with all our Portland friends before we moved. So we had a big friend party at Pendleton Park in mid-June. It was so much fun and so many friends came. Eli had a blast.

Eli loves the movie Cars, so I did a Cars theme birthday. As I told my friends at the party--it was pinterest inspired, but not really Pinterest worthy. :) Here are pictures of the event. Warning: Picture Heavy Post. :)

I used my newly found skills from the cake decorating class to decorate his cake. Pretty proud of the way it turned out. :)

Then, to celebrate with the family, we did cake and ice cream the night of David's graduation.

And then, on his actual birthday, Grandma and Grandpa McKee came to visit. And, once again, we had cake and ice cream to celebrate. Lucky boy got 3 parties this year!!!

We love our Eli. He is fun and active and so sweet. He loves all things cars, trains, dinosaurs, sports and running around outside. Multiple times a day he will give me a hug and say "I love you, Mommy!". He is so sweet and such a good little boy. I just can't believe I have a 3 year old!
