Thank goodness I learned to sew straight lines...

Before....
Yeah... chaos trying to keep plastic bags in order underneath my kitchen sink. Talk about unruly! I couldn't even get to my cutting board without causing an avalanche.

After.....


Ah! Organization! I can actually see under my sink, and keep what belongs there. I had previously tried stuffing the plastic bags in the basket you see, and inside other larger bags. Still a mess/too many bags. But now, there is sweet order.

All because of this little guy I made today.
The hardest part of this project? Figuring out how the fabric I already had would go together. No use in spending extra money for something that will go under the kitchen sink (especially now that I am no longer working). But I like it. And all thanks to sewing a bunch of straight lines. :) Thanks for the lessons so many years ago Mom!

cute fabrics! I'm quite jealous of your adorable fabric selection. I see several that I was large peices of to make some skirts and dresses for Allison...
