We got there in time for an early lunch at this best Fish and Chips place I've eaten in a long time! Then we headed to the water in play in the sand for awhile.
I wish I hadn't forgotten my camera in the car for this part. Eli was so cute in the sand, playing with the toys, wanting to explore. He would see someone's ball and want to go play with it (this little man is big into playing will all kinds of balls--soccer, baseball, basketball). David followed Eli around, making sure he didn't get too close to the ocean. And I got to relax on our blanket and enjoy a little sun.
After some time on the sand, we decided to head to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. We are so glad that we did this. Eli LOVED looking at all the "fisheys", and had so much fun with all there was to see and do at the Aquarium.
Here are some pictures, and videos, for viewing pleasure.
{They are trying to see through the glass to look at the fish that were swimming underneath us}
{He would run between the tanks yelling "Fishey" and pointing them out. Love him!}
{The Aquarium's version of a Petting Zoo. Eli was more interested in playing with the water than touching the animals...}
