Eli's blessing

We blessed Eli on August 21st. That was a little later than we had originally thought, but we chose that weekend because my sister Rosie and her family were in town from New York. So we took advantage of the opportunity to be able to include them in the event. It was so nice to have so much family and friends there to support us. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us and our little angel boy Eli.

After the blessing, all the family headed over to my in-laws' house for a lunch. Of course we had too much food and everyone was stuffed. But, I would rather have too much than too little, and it was all so good. Here a few pictures from the day. My Mom made Eli's outfit, and it was exactly what I was hoping for in a blessing outfit.
