Floral Design is fun, but more time intensive than I would like for my last semester. That's okay. I'm learning a lot and now have a desire to open up my own flower shop, once I've had practice/experience. Whether that will become a reality remains to be determined.
Flexibility is so nice! I have missed being as flexible as I was while I still did hard core ballet. But I am slowly getting it back, with this twice a week class. We even have nap time at the end!!! Best class ever!
This semester isn't quite as lax as I would like. David, who is taking 18 credits including 5 business classes and philosophy has much more extra time on his hands. Mostly that is because I'm working a lot, so I have to schedule my time carefully. But still, here I am taking these fun, easy classes and he has more time! Grr!!! I guess things will be reversed when he is in Dental School...
I have posted below the first project I did in floral design. We just chose and wrapped the flowers. I will post more arrangements that I make as the semester goes along. It is fun though, and I already rocked the first test! Woot!!!

yay! I wish I'd taken that class. YOu'll have to teach me everything you know. And I have a solution to your "where do I Look for jobs" thing. Forget dental school... move to Syracuse. He could apply to SU or Cornell next year (do they have dental schools? Does that matter? I don't think so...). Sure miss you.
What fun classes! I'm super jealous of the floral class... I can't arrange flowers AT ALL!!
